Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed at least 1–2 internships in high-growth companies or strategy consulting.
- You excel at analyzing complex problems, breaking them down into actionable insights, and driving measurable outcomes.
- You thrive in cross-functional teams, aligning efforts toward shared goals. You're comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- You enjoy developing and articulating strategic initiatives, while also diving into the details to ensure flawless execution.
- You're passionate about fintech, eager to learn, and driven to transform the investment world to empower more people to invest.
- You're available for a minimum of 4 months and are based in Berlin.
