Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed at least 1–2 internships in high-growth companies or strategy consulting.
You excel at analyzing complex problems, breaking them down into actionable insights, and driving measurable outcomes.
You thrive in cross-functional teams, aligning efforts toward shared goals. You're comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to new challenges.
You enjoy developing and articulating strategic initiatives, while also diving into the details to ensure flawless execution.
You're passionate about fintech, eager to learn, and driven to transform the investment world to empower more people to invest.
You're available for a minimum of 4 months and are based in Berlin.
