About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain a portfolio-wide view across all active launches and ensure every project stays on track against its timeline.
  • Set up new launch projects so each one starts quickly and on a consistent structure, including clear governance and ownership; prepare kickoffs together with the Launch Managers.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination with our clients' project teams: drive the cadence, scheduling and follow-through that keep launches moving.
  • Own the tools and systems that support Launch operations, from project tracking to documentation and the shared knowledge base, and keep them well-maintained.
  • Prepare and support steering committees, and report progress, risks and blockers clearly to senior management.
  • Capture lessons learned across launches and projects and turn them into a standardized, repeatable playbook the whole team can rely on.
  • Leverage available AI tooling and drive further integration and automation of AI into PMO tasks — from reporting and documentation to project tracking.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in project coordination, PMO or project management, ideally in fintech, financial services or consulting (onboarding or integration projects a strong plus).
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills; comfortable keeping many parallel workstreams on track simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools (e.g. ClickUp or similar) and disciplined document and knowledge management.
  • A structured, proactive approach: you anticipate what each project needs next and prepare it before it is requested.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; confident coordinating directly with client-side project teams and reporting to senior management.
  • A client-first mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude to getting things done.
  • Fluent German is required, alongside professional proficiency in English.
