About the role
- Own the strategy and execution for internal tools, integrations and infrastructure powering customer experiences and growth platforms
- Develop and execute strategies to invest in platforms, tools and growth infrastructure to power partnerships and marketing efforts
- Deeply understand internal stakeholders through ongoing collaboration to enable higher quality, personalized campaigns
- Collaborate across marketing, partnerships, ops, product, engineering, analytics, design to align goals and deliver platform initiatives
- Make trade-offs to inform platform roadmap, prioritize high-impact features balancing speed, scalability, and compliance
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience owning internal platforms, integrations or tools that support marketing, partnerships, or operations with demonstrated success leading a team with specific work-streams.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with peers and stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual contributors
- Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Experience balancing speed, compliance, and scalability, preferably in a regulated industry
- Proven ability to prioritize, measure and communicate ROI of platform investments.
- Strong stakeholder-centric mindset with the ability to translate process and workflow gaps into actionable platform features and enhancements.
