About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, measurable B2B marketing plan aligned with overall business goals and objectives.\n
- Drive lead generation and account retention efforts through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.\n
- Develop and implement campaigns that generate quality leads and contribute to revenue growth.\n
- Leverage various channels such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and industry events to position the company as a trusted advisor.\n
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.\n
- Use marketing analytics tools to measure key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.\n
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities.\n
- Define and strengthen the company\'s B2B brand identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.\n
- 5+ years in business marketing\n
- Proven experience in B2B marketing\n
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing measurable B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.\n
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\n
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills\n
- In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies\n
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.\n
- Strong project management and organizational skills.\n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.\n
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n
- Position requires travel to other offices and events as needed and generally will not be more than 25% travel.
