About the role
- Support outbound lead generation, research, and cold calling activities for a real estate business
- Build and filter contact lists, verify lead information, and call prospects using a batch dialer system
- Conduct outbound calls to connect with potential buyers, sellers, or property leads
- Log call results, schedule follow-ups, and document lead status accurately
- Assist the client in setting up and managing the batch dialer system
- Perform general administrative or marketing-related tasks related to lead generation
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, list building, and cold calling (real estate experience preferred)
- Familiarity with batch dialer systems such as CallTools, Mojo, or similar platforms (or willingness to learn)
- Strong spoken English with a clear, confident tone and neutral/light accent
- Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and able to deliver consistent daily performance within the scheduled hours
