• This is first and foremost a hunter role, although you may receive some qualified prospects and you will be responsible for the overall business development, client engagement, and sales lifecycle of those.
• Deeply understand the prospect's business, regulatory construct, flow of funds and challenges to ensure that Optimus is the correct solution for the prospect

• Own the P&L for the Lending & Borrowing business unit — accountable for both revenue generation and cost efficiency.
• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Uphold’s digital asset lending products, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Risk, Treasury, and Compliance to ensure scalable and compliant business operations.
• Build and manage partnerships across the crypto ecosystem — including institutional lenders, exchanges, decentralized protocols, and liquidity providers.

• Provide legal guidance on regulatory matters impacting fintech, payments, crypto, digital assets, AML, data privacy, and consumer protection.

• Conducting onboarding and periodic Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on consumer accounts
