Key responsibilities & impact

Manage vendor invoices and financial documents
Track and reconcile expenses and corporate travel
Post journal entries and bills in NetSuite
Support month-end close and bank reconciliations
Prepare financial reports for management
Document accounting procedures and build SOPs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ongoing Academic studies or Degree, preferred in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (students from the 2nd year onwards or recent graduates).
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
High attention to detail.
Solid communication skills, both orally and written.
Fluent written and oral English skills.
Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, SAP) preferred.
Fluency in cryptocurrencies or other digital assets as they are core to our business.
