About the role
- Coordinating with engineering and product managers to build and execute against their roadmap to balance feature development goals, partner commitments, and operational improvements
- Driving for clarity on product, partner, and stakeholder requirements, expectations, and timelines
- Using effective communication, tools, and program management strategies so that teams stay on track, goals are met, and internal and external partners have the information they need
- Iterating on existing processes and methodologies, or developing solutions where none exist, to improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility while being respectful of what came before
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with change, and handling any conflicts that arise.
Requirements
- Software project/program management experience, working closely with engineering and non-technical teams to facilitate the successful delivery of features and products
- A track record of delivering against contractual obligations and managing external relationships
- An unwavering persistence in tracking down and resolving loose ends.
- Experience managing process and organizational change, working to evolve the current of embedded habits rather than fighting against it
- A focus on establishing relationships, maintaining a positive culture, and optimizing communications tailored to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
