Coordinating with engineering and product managers to build and execute against their roadmap to balance feature development goals, partner commitments, and operational improvements
Driving for clarity on product, partner, and stakeholder requirements, expectations, and timelines
Using effective communication, tools, and program management strategies so that teams stay on track, goals are met, and internal and external partners have the information they need
Iterating on existing processes and methodologies, or developing solutions where none exist, to improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility while being respectful of what came before
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with change, and handling any conflicts that arise.
Requirements
Software project/program management experience, working closely with engineering and non-technical teams to facilitate the successful delivery of features and products
A track record of delivering against contractual obligations and managing external relationships
An unwavering persistence in tracking down and resolving loose ends.
Experience managing process and organizational change, working to evolve the current of embedded habits rather than fighting against it
A focus on establishing relationships, maintaining a positive culture, and optimizing communications tailored to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
