💰 $119,100 - $220,500 per year
About the role
- Provides overarching leadership and guidance on related large programs and projects (both waterfall and agile)
- Sources project managers and scrum masters and provides oversight and remediation to troubled projects
- Delivers, measures, and manages project performance
- Plans, controls, and manages the delivery of multiple large, complex enterprise IT programs
- Scopes new projects, including participating in requirements and design sessions
- Communicates regularly with functional and IT leaders to ensure enterprise alignment and support
- Establishes client relationships
- Mentors/coaches program managers and program coordinators
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
- 5 – 7 years of related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Project Management
- Experience with Risk Management
- Technical Skills in developing, monitoring and managing project budgets and schedules
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
