About the role
- Own end-to-end program strategy for Shippo’s carrier integration portfolio, across new integrations, API upgrades, and new capability rollouts.

- Define and track KPIs for integration quality, delivery predictability, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Engineering Managers and tech leads to ensure architectural decisions align with program goals, including scalability, reusability, and long-term maintainability.

- Drive adoption of reusable frameworks and integration toolkits across engineering teams to improve consistency and speed.
- Own execution metrics for integration health and delivery (e.g., upgrade cycle adherence, incident reduction, SLA compliance).
- Develop governance models and reporting structures that give leadership visibility into integration health, performance, and risks.
