Administration

• Ensure all new TPO partners are properly affiliated with the Union Home Third Party Origination channel
• Maintain a list of activities related to TPO not specific to the manufacturing process
• Manage New TPO Partner Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations
• Handle 3rd Party Processing Company Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations
• Supervise Warehouse providers Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations
• Maintain master contact lists of internal and external TPO Partners
• Deliver daily rate sheets to external partners
• Oversee VA Sponsorship Process – Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations

TPO Administrator

Customer Support

• Ensure all TPO partners are properly affiliated with our Union Home Third Party Origination channel
• Provide daily technical support and maintain a list of activities related to TPO
• Enhance and execute standard onboarding routine for all new TPO partners
• Maintain timely and accurate information regarding TPO web presence
• Liaison for Union University to ensure training needs are executed and delivered
• Develop and implement standard training routine for all new TPO partners
• Handle daily Broker/Account Manager Technical Issue Support
• Diagnose loan level issues and provide resolution
• Direct assistance (phone/video) with questions/system issues

Customer Service

Closer

• Review and process loans for compliance with state and local Housing Finance Agency (HFA) bond program requirements
• Validate bond loan documentation
• Ensure compliance with bond program guidelines, including first-time homebuyer requirements and associated down payment assistance programs
• Coordinate with bond administrators and agencies to resolve documentation deficiencies
• Submit required bond packages and maintain program-specific tracking logs
• Prepare and deliver correspondent loan files to investors within required service-level agreements
• Review investor-specific purchase advice and delivery requirements
• Monitor outstanding conditions and coordinate with correspondent partners to obtain missing documentation
• Ensure loans are accurately boarded and delivered through investor platforms
• Resolve funding, purchase, and shipping exceptions to ensure timely purchase of loans
• Identify and correct documentation deficiencies, compliance exceptions, and data integrity issues

Post Closer

Team Lead

• Provide technical direction and guidance to the IT Infrastructure Team
• Manage the daily tasks and priorities of the IT Infrastructure Team
• Assigning and managing tasks and projects using Azure DevOps to balance workload and capacity
• Manage the implementation of future infrastructure technology solutions with direction from Senior Infrastructure partners
• Manage on-premises and cloud environments including AWS, Active Directory, Azure, Entra, and M365 resources.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure maturity and adoption for incident, change, and problem management

• Thoroughly reviews loan files to confirm all conditions are cleared and file is ready to close
• Prepare closing documents ensuring quality, correct closing fees, and proper closing conditions
• Verify information for accuracy, such as legal names, legal address, terms, price, rate, title work, and hazard
• Review and deliver the Closing Disclosure, ensuring that the loan meets program guidelines, compliance, and company policies
• Set up funding to send wire to title company for disbursement of funds
• Maintain a closing pipeline, adhering warehouse wire time limitations, contract closing dates, and delivering complete closed loan files in a timely manner

TPO Closer

• Responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to servicing inquiries and concerns, both internal and external.
• Communicate with borrowers in a call center environment to resolve loan inquiries with high customer satisfaction.
• Handles multiple aspects of servicing including customer service and delinquent loan resolution.
• Training will be provided for several subject matters specific to mortgage servicing.
• Ensure that services are delivered professionally and efficiently with prompt problem resolution.
• Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, and other documentation for servicing products.
• Answer general mortgage servicing questions via phone, email, or other technology that is engaged to service customers.

Customer Support Specialist

Security Engineer

• Lead and actively participate in incident response, threat investigations, and escalations
• Oversee and improve security operations and SOC capabilities (internal and outsourced)
• Drive detection engineering, threat hunting, and response playbooks
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve alert triage, investigation speed, and response consistency
• Define and execute a practical cybersecurity roadmap aligned to business risk

Escrow Officer

• Completes real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing titles; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents; disbursing funds.
• Determines escrow requirements by studying and clarifying the contract and lender instructions.
• Resolves title defects; satisfies existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals.
