About the role
- Supervise and provide oversight and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on caseloads
- Provide consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers
- Provide ongoing support and training to members of a patient’s Health Resource Community (pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, etc.)
- Collaborate with Programming BCBAs for effective protocol modification
- Coach and empower RBTs and play an active role in each child’s treatment journey
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration
- Deliver ABA services across settings: therapy center, patient's home, school, and community locations
- Travel between therapy sessions using personal vehicle; document travel and expense mileage; travel time paid
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (role title indicates BCBA credential)
- Obtain Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status in the state of practice if mandated
- Proficiency in implementing ABA principles and methodology, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
- Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide support and training to patients' families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers (pediatricians, OTs, SLPs)
- Superior interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent behavior management, instructional, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with diverse patient profiles ages 1-12 years
- Flexible availability, including Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
- CPR/BLS certification (UNIFI covers cost)
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities (stand, walk, run, stoop, sit on floor, climb stairs)
