About the role

Supervise and provide oversight and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on caseloads
Provide consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers
Provide ongoing support and training to members of a patient’s Health Resource Community (pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, etc.)
Collaborate with Programming BCBAs for effective protocol modification
Coach and empower RBTs and play an active role in each child’s treatment journey
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration
Deliver ABA services across settings: therapy center, patient's home, school, and community locations
Travel between therapy sessions using personal vehicle; document travel and expense mileage; travel time paid

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (role title indicates BCBA credential)
Obtain Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status in the state of practice if mandated
Proficiency in implementing ABA principles and methodology, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide support and training to patients' families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers (pediatricians, OTs, SLPs)
Superior interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent behavior management, instructional, and organizational skills
Ability to work with diverse patient profiles ages 1-12 years
Flexible availability, including Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Proficiency in computer skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
CPR/BLS certification (UNIFI covers cost)
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities (stand, walk, run, stoop, sit on floor, climb stairs)
