Supervise, oversee, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) supporting patients on your caseload
Provide direct, hands-on ABA therapy and coach RBTs in treatment implementation
Deliver consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers
Provide ongoing training/support to pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, and other members of a patient’s Health Resource Community
Collaborate closely with Programming BCBAs to modify protocols and ensure effective treatment
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration
Work across environments including therapy centers, patients' homes, schools, and community locations
Travel between therapy sessions using personal vehicle; submit mileage expenses; travel time paid
Maintain documentation, communicate with interdisciplinary team, and support child progress toward independence and functional goals
Requirements

Proficiency in computer skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
CPR/BLS certification (cost covered by UNIFI)
Obtain Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status in the state of practice if mandated
Proficiency in implementing ABA principles and methodology, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, run, stoop, sit on floor, transition quickly, climb stairs, use hands/fingers for tasks
Willingness to travel using personal vehicle to offsite therapy locations (travel time paid; mileage expensed)
