About the role
- Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide oversight and training
- Provide consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers to foster collaborative care
- Deliver ongoing training and support to members of a patient’s Health Resource Community (pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, etc.)
- Collaborate with Programming BCBAs to ensure effective protocol modification
- Coach and empower RBTs and support clinical growth and implementation of treatment plans
- Work hands-on with patients, families, and RBTs to implement individualized LIFE PLAN models
- Support children’s development across Function, Family, and Future domains
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration
- Provide therapy in a variety of settings including therapy center, patient home, school, and community locations
- Travel between therapy locations using personal vehicle when required; document and expense mileage and time as allowed
Requirements
- Lead and guide as a supervisor, offering oversight and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers
- Provide ongoing support and training to individuals within a patient’s Health Resource Community (pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, etc.)
- Cultivate strong communication and collaboration with the Programming BCBA for protocol modification
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration

- Ability to work with a diverse range of patient profiles, spanning ages 1–12 years
- Flexible availability, including Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
- Receive CPR/BLS certification (UNIFI covers cost)
- Obtain Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status in the state of practice if mandated
- Proficiency in implementing ABA principles and methodology, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
- Ability to work in therapy center, patient’s home, school, and other community locations as needed
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, run, stoop, sit on floor, quickly transition from sitting to standing, climb stairs, and use hands/fingers for handling and typing
- Willingness to use personal vehicle to occasionally travel to offsite therapy locations; travel time paid and mileage can be expensed; assigned to a zip code to minimize travel distance; staff will not provide transportation to patients
