About the role

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify behavioral needs and goals
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments and clinical data
  • Implement and supervise the implementation of BIPs in clinic, home, school, and via telehealth
  • Monitor and analyze data to assess effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports
  • Stay current with research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
  • Tennessee LBA or willingness to obtain
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals
  • Dedication to ethical standards and professional development
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various client locations
  • Physical ability to walk, run occasionally, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, twist, reach above head, pull, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
