About the role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify behavioral needs and goals
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments and clinical data
- Implement and supervise the implementation of BIPs in clinic, home, school, and via telehealth
- Monitor and analyze data to assess effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports
- Stay current with research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Tennessee LBA or willingness to obtain
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals
- Dedication to ethical standards and professional development
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various client locations
- Physical ability to walk, run occasionally, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, twist, reach above head, pull, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
