Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) supporting patients on your caseload
Coach and empower RBTs and collaborate closely with Programming BCBAs
Provide training and ongoing support to patients' families and caregivers
Support and provide training to other professionals in the patient’s Health Resource Community (pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, etc.)
Participate in protocol modification and interdisciplinary collaboration for patient care
Deliver hands-on ABA therapy across settings (therapy center, patient home, school, community)
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration
Occasionally travel to offsite therapy locations using a personal vehicle; travel time paid and mileage expensed
Requirements
Lead and guide as a supervisor offering oversight and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers
Provide ongoing support and training to individuals in a patient’s Health Resource Community (pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, etc.)
Collaborate with Programming BCBA for effective protocol modification
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration

Flexible availability, including Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Proficiency in computer skills
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
CPR/BLS certification (UNIFI covers certification and recertification costs)
Obtain Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status in the state of practice if mandated
Proficiency in implementing ABA principles, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
Ability to work in therapy center, patient’s home, school, and other community locations
Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; stand; walk; run; stoop; sit on floor; quickly transition from sitting to standing; climb stairs; use hands and fingers to feel, grab, handle, and type; and ability to talk and hear
