Provide hands-on ABA therapy and bring individualized LIFE PLAN treatment plans to life
Coach, empower, supervise, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers
Collaborate closely with Programming BCBAs and the Director of Clinical Integration
Provide training and ongoing support to a patient's Health Resource Community (pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, etc.)
Perform protocol modification and clinical decision-making in coordination with programming team
Work across environments including therapy center, patient homes, schools, and community locations
Travel occasionally to offsite therapy locations using a personal vehicle; mileage can be expensed and travel time paid
Be assigned to a zip code to minimize travel distance and not provide transportation to patients
Perform additional duties as assigned and participate in interdisciplinary care to support patient independence and family outcomes
Requirements
Lead and guide as a supervisor, offering oversight and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) supporting the patients on your caseload
Provide consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers
Provide extended ongoing support and training to individuals within a patient’s Health Resource Community (pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, and more)
Cultivate strong communication and collaboration with the Programming BCBA for effective Protocol Modification
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration
Showcase original thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness to meet challenges
Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to manage patient care
Possess superior interpersonal, instructional, and organizational skills
Exhibit excellent behavior management skills
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with a diverse range of patient profiles, spanning ages 1-12 years
Maintain flexible availability, including Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Proficiency in computer skills
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
Receive CPR/BLS certification (UNIFI covers the cost of certification and recertification)
Obtain Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status in the state of practice if mandated
Proficiency in implementing ABA principles and methodology, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, run, stoop, sit on floor, transition quickly, climb stairs, and use hands and fingers
