About the role
- Develop and maintain information systems (IS) quality control procedures.
- Define and provide quality plans and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct IS quality control and performance evaluations.
- Deliver quality studies, assessments, and related analyses for information system projects.
- Define, design, manage, and report on quality tests.
- Provide guidance on quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of project management methodologies.
- Coordinate and oversee test campaigns.
Requirements
- Master's degree with minimum of 9 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with minimum of 13 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in functional/manual testing, with good knowledge of the financial and audit domain.
- Experience with workflow platforms such as Camunda is a plus.
- Knowledge of testing technologies, tools, and techniques.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in information systems quality assurance and quality control practices.
- Experience implementing and following quality procedures.
- At least 1 year of experience in the information systems lifecycle.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.
- Experience in test data management using relational databases.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent will be considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (B2 level).
