About the role
- Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks
Requirements
- Expertise in software testing methodologies and automation tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with advanced testing techniques and frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
