10+ years of experience in software or systems architecture.
Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
Expertise in modern technology stacks and architectural patterns.
Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
