About the role
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Manage changes to project scope and schedule to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized project changes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, effectively communicating project expectations to team members and internal and external stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Delivery Management: Organize, schedule, and deliver each phase of product delivery – story refinement, prioritization, resource allocation, coordination and assistance in UAT and PVT Testing, change management, & deployment
- Maintain delivery best practices and documentation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, facilitating the collaboration of cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage them effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the required standard of quality through regular testing and reviews.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and processes and initiate continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrable experience in project management and product delivery, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams to success.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and manage complex projects.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
