About the role
- Identify, assess, optimize and document core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation.
- Design and implement simple, structured operational frameworks and ensure regular review and iteration.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored.
- Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements.
- Participate in change initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, project management, requirements analysis, and design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
- Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (like e.g. A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System)
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (nice to have)
- Familiarity with project management practices and tools (nice to have)
