Identify, assess, optimize and document core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
Establish a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation.
Design and implement simple, structured operational frameworks and ensure regular review and iteration.
Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored.
Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements.
Participate in change initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, project management, requirements analysis, and design.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (like e.g. A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System)
Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (nice to have)
Familiarity with project management practices and tools (nice to have)
