Business Analyst

• Serve as Senior Business Analyst in a multi-phase ERP transformation program covering SAP and Oracle platforms
• Conduct end-to-end business analysis including requirement elicitation, gap analysis, current/future state mapping, and stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate directly with C-level, executives and stakeholders; facilitate workshops and discovery sessions
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Evaluate, recommend, and drive process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Manufacturing domains
• Act as thought leader and SME in ERP best practices, system integration, data migration, and business readiness
• Lead and mentor junior BAs and SMEs; promote consistency in analysis practices and documentation standards
• Support system configuration reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover planning from a business process perspective
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations, process flows, business cases, and executive updates
• Manage cross-functional workshops involving IT, vendors, business users, and external consultants
