About the role

Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, stakeholders, and the project team
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation
Lead the project team, providing guidance and direction to functional, technical, and change management resources
Conduct regular status meetings, prepare project reports, and provide transparent communication to all stakeholders
Manage the end-to-end implementation of or enhancements to PeopleSoft FSCM modules and integration from HCM modules
Ensure activities from requirements gathering and design to development and testing align with scope and requirements
Oversee system configuration and data migration efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with technical leads to manage integration points between PeopleSoft and other legacy or third-party systems
Manage all project-related risks and issues, developing and executing mitigation strategies
Ensure all project documentation is maintained and submitted in accordance with scope requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and assist in developing and executing change management plans
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with customer SMEs to translate business needs into technical specifications

Must be a US Citizen
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of work experience with 7+ years of experience in a project management position
At least 5 years of experience leading and managing PeopleSoft application implementations (v9.2 experience required)
Demonstrated experience managing at least one full-lifecycle PeopleSoft FSCM implementations
2+ years of consulting experience with Public Sector customers
Experience managing technical teams ranging from 1 to 20 technical consultants
PMP certification is preferred
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Project applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
Understand revenue models, P/L, cost-to-completion projections and consulting pricing models
Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
