About the role
- Join team on a project basis as SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Finance (FICO) Consultant
- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud FICO implementations
- Configure, customize, and deploy SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions in private cloud environments
- Execute FICO data migration (ETL) from legacy systems to S/4HANA Private Cloud
- Perform blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and requirements gathering
- Work across all implementation phases: design, build, test, data migration, cutover, hypercare
- Conduct end-user training, UAT, and provide go-live and post-go-live support
- Configure and support Intercompany, Taxation, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting processes
- Integrate solutions using SAP BTP, SAP Central Finance, and SAP Fiori
- Act as client-facing consultant and deliver executive-level presentations
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP ERP experience with a strong focus on SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO)
- Successfully completed 3+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO configuration, customization, and deployment in Private Cloud
- Expertise in FI modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, BA
- Strong knowledge of CO modules: CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PC, CO-PA
- Experience with FICO data migration (ETL from legacy systems to S/4HANA Private Cloud)
- Configuration and support of key processes: Intercompany, Taxation, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting
- Hands-on with SAP BTP integrations, SAP Central Finance, and SAP Fiori
- Familiarity with SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Private Cloud
- Skilled in Blueprinting, Fit-Gap Analysis, and Requirements Gathering
- Experience across all implementation phases: design, build, test, data migration, cutover, and hypercare
- Ability to conduct end-user training, UAT, and go-live support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client-facing and consulting abilities
- Capable of presenting complex financial/technical concepts to business and IT stakeholders
- Experience delivering executive-level presentations
- Strong problem-solving and post-go-live support skills
- Collaborative across SAP Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
