Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the business.
• Own month-end close, management accounts, and board-level reporting.
• Build robust financial controls, compliance processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage cash flow, runway planning, treasury, and scaling unit economics.
• Partner with auditors, accountants, tax advisors, and investor stakeholders.
• Oversee contract management with external counsel where needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, obligations, and filings.
• Own and deliver annual statutory reporting requirements.
• Support payroll operations and benefits administration.
• Maintain HR records and local employment law compliance.
• Partner on headcount planning, people costs, and operating structure.
