- Master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong track record of customer-focused service
- Teamwork and attention to detail
- Prior leadership / management experience is a plus
- Ability to work 24/7 operation shifts with set schedules
- Must be able to work on-site (All positions are on-site)
