About the role
- Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
- Answer product, pricing and shipping questions confidently as a product and solutions expert
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
- Participate in in-depth training, one-on-one peer mentoring, and regular team events
- Work various on-site shifts as part of a 24/7 operation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to work various on-site full-time shifts in a 24/7 operation
- Must be able to work on-site at listed branch locations
- Comfortable using web-based ordering systems and company technology
