💰 $85,000 - $135,000 per year
About the role
- Identify growth opportunities within territory and act as "CEO" of your territory
- Manage and grow existing accounts and prospect for new business
- Meet with existing customers on-site and build relationships
- Spend Monday planning and scheduling; on-site customer visits Tuesday–Friday
- Create effective solutions for customers using Uline’s 43,000 products
- Participate in department meetings and regular trips to the office
- Complete 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training and a 12-week mentorship program and ongoing career development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent written / verbal communication
- Problem-solving and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and great driving record
