As a Outsourcing Coordinator, you will ensure Ukio’s apartments are accurately and attractively represented across all listing platforms (Ukio website, OTAs, relocation portals, B2B partners, etc.). You will lead and coordinate our outsourcing team, develop processes and reporting tools, and guarantee speed and accuracy in publishing listings to maximize occupancy.
Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Content Specialists responsible for publishing and updating listings.
Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality output.
Create and maintain dashboards to track team performance, publication timelines, and listing quality.
Review and validate outsourcing team deliverables, providing structured feedback and training when needed.
Guarantee deadlines are met to minimize delays between guest-ready status and listing go-live.
Engage with account managers from partner platforms to optimize content distribution and explore automation opportunities.
Establish quality control processes to prevent errors or inconsistencies across all listings.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, improvement, bulk uploads, or API integrations.
Requirements
+3 years of experience in content operations, outsourcing management, or similar roles, ideally in fast-scaling startups or digital platforms.
Strong knowledge of content workflows, dashboard/reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools), and process optimization. Experience with automation or API integrations is a plus.
Leadership, organizational excellence, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.
Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
Confident working cross-functionally and leading outsourced or remote teams.
