About the role Develop expertise in unique challenges, regulations, and compliance standards for public sector organizations Collaborate with sales teams to tailor UiPath Automation Platform solutions for public sector clients Conduct targeted product demonstrations showcasing UiPath's Automation Platform benefits and use cases Engage with public sector customers to gather and analyze technical requirements and translate into automation solutions Design, configure, and execute tailored Proof-of-Concept (POC) implementations for public sector clients Deliver technical presentations to diverse public sector stakeholders including government officials and compliance officers Collaborate with Sales Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies for public sector procurement Ensure solutions meet stringent security and compliance standards for public sector organizations Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and case studies highlighting successful public sector deployments Requirements Experience working with accounts in the Public Sector space, preferably federal US citizen + TS/SCI clearance highly preferred, but not required Experience working in Department of Defense (DOD) highly preferred, but not required Experience in a customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting organization Technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies Results-oriented and outcome-based mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, as well as a second language 20% travel potentially required Offers Equity $42K – $57K Commission Flexible work arrangements (many roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done) Diversity and inclusive workplace and equal opportunities Reasonable accommodations for candidates on request Copy Applicant Tracking System Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
