About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with the Bundeswehr and external security organizations
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies to position UiPath as a trusted automation and digitalization partner
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders—from operational units to senior leadership
- Present and promote UiPath’s value proposition through tailored use cases and consultative selling
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Success, PreSales) and external partners (integrators, resellers) to ensure successful deployments
- Analyze industry and competitor developments to align UiPath’s approach with market-specific requirements
- Deliver account plans, business cases, and regular reports on customer needs, opportunities, and risks
Requirements
- Deep understanding of organizational structures, processes, and procurement dynamics within the Bundeswehr or related institutions
- Proven sales experience in the software industry, preferably in defense-related environments
- Established and reliable network within the Bundeswehr ecosystem (including decision-makers, influencers, and key users)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear, outcome-oriented way
- Strategic mindset and the ability to work independently with a high level of ownership
- Military experience or active reserve duty with a technology or leadership background is highly welcome
- Fluent in German, proficient in English
