About the role

  • Report into the Chief of Staff to the CEO and drive cross-enterprise strategic initiatives critical to Iterable’s growth
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects spanning multiple departments, ensuring alignment with company strategy and executive priorities
  • Work directly with the CEO and executive team to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable project plans and provide updates at the right altitude and cadence
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective decision-making, communication, alignment, and accountability
  • Establish project structures, frameworks, and governance for predictability, transparency, and scalability; ensure decisions are data-driven
  • Drive change management and communication: anticipate organizational impacts and help teams navigate change effectively
  • Define success criteria, track performance against objectives, and ensure tangible business outcomes and learnings

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders with credibility, clarity, and confidence
  • Experience managing complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Operations
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery and a bias for action
  • Skilled at guiding organizations through change, ensuring alignment and adoption across diverse teams (Change Management Expertise)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to distill complexity into clarity
  • Strong program management discipline: create frameworks, track metrics, optimize processes for scale; data-driven decision making
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
