About the role

Report into the Chief of Staff to the CEO and drive cross-enterprise strategic initiatives critical to Iterable’s growth
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects spanning multiple departments, ensuring alignment with company strategy and executive priorities
Work directly with the CEO and executive team to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable project plans and provide updates at the right altitude and cadence
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective decision-making, communication, alignment, and accountability
Establish project structures, frameworks, and governance for predictability, transparency, and scalability; ensure decisions are data-driven
Drive change management and communication: anticipate organizational impacts and help teams navigate change effectively
Define success criteria, track performance against objectives, and ensure tangible business outcomes and learnings

10+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology companies
Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders with credibility, clarity, and confidence
Experience managing complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Operations
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery and a bias for action
Skilled at guiding organizations through change, ensuring alignment and adoption across diverse teams (Change Management Expertise)
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to distill complexity into clarity
Strong program management discipline: create frameworks, track metrics, optimize processes for scale; data-driven decision making
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
