We’re building the engine that drives our growth in climate tech and you will be at the center of it. As a GTM Associate, you will generate leads, build pipelines and help turn opportunities into impact. All while working closely with leadership to shape our GTM strategy, collaborate with our customer facing teams and directly influence how we reach and win customers.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy
Collaborate with Marketing on campaign strategies and lead nurturing workflows
Coordinate with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and support deal progression
Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent the company and generate interest
Track KPIs such as lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, outreach volume, and revenue contribution
Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on prospect conversations and market trends
Sales Funnel & Lead Generation
Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in target markets
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and position our solution accordingly
Growth Ops & Analytics
Define, track and report on key growth KPIs to measure commercial impact
Collaborate with product and marketing to shape features and campaigns that accelerate adoption
Continuously improve GTM processes and experiment with new tools and approaches (bonus if you’re excited about AI)
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in consulting, VC or high-growth B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on GTM and B2B sales
Curious and eager to learn, seeing every challenge as an opportunity to grow
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable taking initiative and driving projects end-to-end
Resilient and persistent, staying focused even in the face of obstacles
Results-driven with high standards, always striving to deliver exceptional work
Experienced with modern tools and technology, including CRMs and analytics platforms
Interested in leveraging AI and automation to optimize workflows
Strong at communicating and coordinating across teams, especially with leadership, marketing and product
German on native speaker level & fluent in English
