About the role
- Define and manage standardized processes to improve efficiency and visibility of the Product group
- Act as the bridge between Product and business teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Sales, R&D), ensuring alignment and smooth communication
- Lead the enablement process for new features and releases, including training, pricing, and rollout readiness
- Build feedback loops with GTM teams to turn field insights into product inputs
- Support strategic initiatives with strong operational alignment and execution
- Own the operational backbone of product delivery, standardizing workflows, enabling field teams, and driving execution efficiency
- Report to VP Product and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in product operations in B2B companies
- Solid knowledge of product development cycles and early access/beta frameworks
- Proven ability to establish and manage cross-functional processes
- Experience driving product rollouts and field enablement
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Proficient in tools like Jira, Salesforce, and Gen AI tools
