About the role
- Coordinate rollout of automation solutions from testing to live environments, ensuring smooth and secure transitions
- Handle access requests and updates for automation tools, password vaults, code repositories (GitHub), and tracking tools (JIRA)
- Work with teams to raise access requests and prepare business systems (Salesforce, Workday, Coupa) for go-live
- Set up and maintain virtual environments and test systems, including VM readiness and system refreshes
- Configure and manage system connectivity, secure tokens, and integrations between UiPath and other platforms
- Conduct security and compliance checks, maintain records to support audit frameworks like SOX
- Lead controlled decommissioning of automations: remove schedules, access, and related data
- Provide elevated-access support and troubleshoot operational and infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and business teams and keep current with UiPath platform updates
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Good understanding of Automation platform
- Familiarity with Releases and Deployment Lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Nice to have: UiPath certifications (e.g., UiARD – Advanced RPA Developer)
- Nice to have: Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines
- Nice to have: Experience with SOX or other audit/compliance controls
- Nice to have: Experience troubleshooting automation or infrastructure issues
