About the role

  • Own the customer’s overall adoption strategy and build comprehensive value delivery plans
  • Lead and orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery from planning to realization across internal and external workstreams
  • Advise customers on defining, delivering, and realizing value aligned to objectives
  • Develop and maintain workstream plans, timelines, and deliverables ensuring adherence to success milestones
  • Serve as primary point of contact and build strong client relationships
  • Cultivate strategic executive-level client relationships and act as trusted advisor on automation strategies
  • Collaborate closely with clients to align automation solutions to strategic goals
  • Provide operational and technical expertise in automation technologies and change management best practices
  • Contribute to thought leadership and share industry insights with clients
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, sales, and stakeholders to communicate client expectations and track execution
  • Work with clients and internal teams to develop effective solutions and resolve issues

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in customer success roles with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Experience with professional services and attach motions for support/services
  • Deep understanding of adoption strategies and organization change management
  • Proven track record of delivering impact to customers and driving outcomes
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably SaaS or RPA
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use data to make informed decisions
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute customer success strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
