Product Marketing

• Build product positioning and value-driven messaging
• Lead our product launches - multiple features, across multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our launches are smooth, on time.
• Build and deliver sales enablement to our sales teams as well as to our (branded and white label) resellers
• Communicate and promote the value of the Uberall’s ecosystem (technology partners) to our prospects and customers helping us to drive pipeline and increase customer value.
• Product content creation: develop one pagers, product website pages, webinar presentations and product education materials to both direct customers and to our resellers’ network.
• Build and execute initiatives to drive product usage, adoption and upsell.
• Work with the head of Product Marketing to craft strong positioning and messaging, develop our use cases, refine our ICPs, buyer personas.
• Understand our customers, their needs, and how Uberall products meet those needs; be one conduit for the voice of the customer across the company.
• Work closely with product managers and solution consultants to deeply understand the products, its use cases and how they solve customer pain points.

Product Marketing Manager

Account Manager

• As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner for our customers, owning the entire post-sale relationship and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer onboarding process.
• Deliver a world-class initial experience, providing training and guidance to drive early product adoption and quick wins.
• Create and manage strategic "Success Plans" that align our solutions with the customer's core business goals.
• Lead regular strategic check-ins and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate progress, prove ROI, and align on long-term objectives.
• Proactively identify and qualify opportunities for revenue growth, including upsells, cross-sells, and geographical or brand expansions.
• Own the entire renewal process for your portfolio, from forecasting to negotiation and closure, ensuring high retention rates.

Support Engineer

• You will manage the ongoing technical relationship with your assigned customers once the Implementation is finished, focusing on KPIs like retention and customer satisfaction.
• You are able to handle escalated support cases from the Customer Support team that require closer attention either in relation to client engagement or technical understanding.
• If necessary, you will be responsible for describing and escalating bugs through the appropriate internal channels (e.g. Jira)
• You collaborate closely with your colleagues in the wider Customer Organisation including Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, etc.
• You are very familiar with our processes and support the rest of the Global Technical Service team in their efforts to constantly develop and improve these internally and externally you work on individual projects and documentation to be used internally and externally
