About the role
- Build and own Marketing planning, prioritization, and production frameworks.
- Drive efficient use of Marketing resources through data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to develop and manage a holistic Marketing calendar.
- Manage and mentor a small team while staying hands-on in building foundational processes and driving execution.
- Create a quarterly intake model that balances planned initiatives with emergent requests, ensuring transparency across teams.
- Lead creative operations, optimizing internal and agency resourcing and establishing consistent review and approval processes.
- Oversee campaign management to connect the dots across channels and amplify product launches and big initiatives.
- Introduce scalable processes and systems (e.g., Asana) to standardize how Marketing projects are briefed, planned, and executed.
- Shape how Marketing operates as Typeform continues to grow; align resources to highest-impact initiatives.
