About the role

  • Build and own Marketing planning, prioritization, and production frameworks.
  • Drive efficient use of Marketing resources through data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and manage a holistic Marketing calendar.
  • Manage and mentor a small team while staying hands-on in building foundational processes and driving execution.
  • Create a quarterly intake model that balances planned initiatives with emergent requests, ensuring transparency across teams.
  • Lead creative operations, optimizing internal and agency resourcing and establishing consistent review and approval processes.
  • Oversee campaign management to connect the dots across channels and amplify product launches and big initiatives.
  • Introduce scalable processes and systems (e.g., Asana) to standardize how Marketing projects are briefed, planned, and executed.
  • Shape how Marketing operates as Typeform continues to grow; align resources to highest-impact initiatives.

  • A track record of modeling accountability and holding teams to high standards.
  • Creative Operations & Production expertise across multiple channels and asset types.
  • Project Management mastery: proven ability to design and scale intake, prioritization, and briefing frameworks.
  • Experience scaling Marketing Operations in a fast-growing SaaS or GTM environment.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small team.
