About the role
- Define and execute Fresche’s overall marketing strategy aligned with revenue and business goals
- Establish strong brand positioning and differentiation across North American and international markets
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team while remaining hands-on in daily operations
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI
- Own and optimize the martech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadIQ) to ensure campaign performance and accurate tracking
- Design, launch, and optimize multichannel campaigns and implement scalable lead management processes (capture, scoring, nurturing)
- Define and monitor marketing KPIs: pipeline contribution, revenue attribution, acquisition costs, conversion rates
- Partner closely with RevOps and Sales to ensure data quality, workflow alignment, and shared revenue goals
- Provide deep analysis of campaign performance and deliver recommendations for optimization and build executive dashboards
- Leverage web analytics tools to track performance and improve digital ROI; stay current on marketing trends and tools
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- SaaS or IT industry background strongly preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects with time-sensitive and competing deadlines
- Hands-on leader: eager to execute and optimize directly
- Proven success driving pipeline generation and revenue-focused marketing
- Advanced expertise with automation platforms, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadIQ)
- Strong track record in multichannel campaign management
- Experience managing WordPress websites and optimizing web presence
- Collaborative leadership style; ability to thrive in a transforming organization
- Data-driven decision-maker, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in Canada or in the United States (application asks); visa sponsorship status queried
- Great work-life balance with flexible hours
