Chief Marketing Officer

• Lead execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social media, advertising)
• Lead on lead-generation campaigns; analyse performance and create reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Support development of marketing materials, conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing and sales initiatives including campaigns, events, product launches, and website development
• Work closely with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and execute integrated campaigns to drive pipeline and expand brand equity
• Collaborate with Customer Success to develop tailored content (guides, playbooks, customer-facing resources) to improve onboarding, adoption, and retention
• Communicate and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of marketing programmes
• Provide input to designers and copywriters within the Marketing function to develop marketing collateral and content
• Perform other reasonable duties as required and work flexibly within the scope of the role
