• As a Sales Development Representative, you will undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day activities:
• - Researching and identifying potential new clients, industries, and key decision-makers to support pipeline generation.
• - Proactively reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to schedule discovery calls and meetings.
• - Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer in their efforts to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Sales Development Representative

Customer Success Manager

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts to agreed KPI’s maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, service delivery and contract renewal.
• Ensure regular communication with clients through face to face meetings and other communication means.
• Own and take a lead on high-profile and complex client relationships within the portfolio of clients. Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers. Define, develop and own the customer contract strategy for client relationships within the portfolio.
• Assist the Head of Customer Success in forecasting revenue planning within the portfolio ensuring account development plans reflect the strategic direction of the customer.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports for the portfolio of clients to the Head of Customer Success to provide updates on progress against agreed client relationship strategies.
• Oversee all commercial aspects of the agreed portfolio of clients.
• Extend the existing portfolio of NQC products and services within the client accounts and increase the potential revenue stream to NQC.

• Oversee the successful delivery of service into client accounts focussing on achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with the internal NQC teams to assess and evaluate current processes with the support of your team, to feedback and drive ongoing refinement/improvement, focusing on improved service and increased profit margins.

Project Manager

• Defining project plans, establishing and adhering to deadlines, and monitoring progress of projects against plans.
• Tackling projects on an end-to-end basis including scoping, planning, liaising, and creating stories with Jira.
• Overseeing the development and testing function of projects.
• Support communication between internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, progress, and expectations.
• Track project risks and issues, helping escalate and coordinate resolutions as needed.

• Lead execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social media, advertising)
• Lead on lead-generation campaigns; analyse performance and create reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Support development of marketing materials, conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing and sales initiatives including campaigns, events, product launches, and website development

Content Writer

• Support global sales by developing persuasive, high-impact bid proposals; reporting directly to the Head of Growth
• Lead the end-to-end bid writing process, from initial qualification and strategy development to final submission
• Work closely with the sales lead to understand client requirements, pain points, and strategic objectives
• Develop compelling bid strategies and win themes that differentiate SUPPLIERASSURANCE and highlight the company's unique value proposition
• Manage bid timelines and ensure all deadlines are met with high-quality submissions
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals, tenders, RFI/RFP responses, and other sales-enablement content
• Translate complex technical information and product features into easily understandable benefits for diverse audiences

Backend Engineer

• Lead on the creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation for software architecture, system designs, and development processes.
• Work closely alongside the Development teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of technical documentation.
• Document and enforce best practices for both cybersecurity and infrastructure security, including the documentation of threat models, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Draft the technical sections of proposals, bids and tenders, translating complex technical information into clear, persuasive content addressing client requirements.
• Develop and deliver engaging technical demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders and potential clients, articulating the value and functionality of software solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance across the business to project management, business development, marketing and software development.
• Communicate between various functions of the wider business, from C-Suite to junior team members.
