About the role Create a forward looking point of view on the future of marketing and how to drive success. Define and drive global marketing strategies through actionable data and deep customer insight. Build, mentor, and scale the marketing strategy, analytics and data activation teams. Foster a culture of experimentation and measurable impact. Lead annual/quarterly planning, forecasting, and OKR setting to guide execution across marketing. Partner across Marketing, Finance, and the GTM org to align go-to-market and growth strategies. Own and drive Marketing spend efficiencies, ROI analysis, and optimization initiatives. Develop executive-ready dashboards and translate data into actionable insights. Travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 10+ years in marketing strategy, data analytics, or related functions. 5+ years of people leadership. Expertise with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce). Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Advanced degree (MBA or similar) strongly preferred. Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments preferred. Certification in marketing analytics or data science is a plus. Ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
