About the role

  • Partner across key business areas and populations through all aspects of the employee lifecycle including organisational design, recruitment, onboarding, learning and performance management (approx. 50% of time)
  • Design and deliver plans and activities to enable an Inclusive and High Performance Culture, including engagement, high performance behaviours, and Diversity & Inclusion agenda (approx. 25% of time)
  • Design and deliver the Learning and Career Development strategic pillar to build organisational capabilities, unlock career potential, and build manager capability (approx. 25% of time)
  • Design and deliver Reward and Employee Data workstream, manage in-year approach to Reward including fair salary review and bonus process, and maintain employee data health to drive decision making
  • Lead impactful HR projects and partner with business leaders to deliver people and organisational plans that support Twinings UK&I strategic vision
  • Bring commercial acumen, people capability, creativity and tech know-how to deliver people and organisational outcomes

Requirements

  • Demonstrable HR expertise and experience within a transformation-focused FMCG organisations – including both partnering and project delivery.
  • Stays connected to the latest thinking in work and culture, whether that be podcasts, reading, networking groups.
  • L+D experience is desirable, but design and facilitation experience is essential, combined with a passion for enabling people and businesses to succeed and achieve their full potential.
  • A champion for diversity, inclusion and wellbeing, passionate about broadening the allyship within the workplace.
  • Curiosity when it comes to connecting with teams and stakeholders, enabling you to understand strategy, plans and tensions - to clearly see the opportunities and needs for people and the organisation within and across our business.

  • You role model positive challenge and feedback to get to the best people outcomes for the business and our people
  • Lean in and gets hands dirty and contributes to team culture as part of the high performing UK&I People team and SIP hub
