Design and deliver the Learning and Career Development strategic pillar to build capabilities, unlock potential and develop managers
Lead Reward and Employee Data workstream including in-year Reward approach, salary review and bonus process, Reward communication, and maintaining employee data health
Lead impactful HR projects that drive elevated employee experience and deliver people and organisational plans
Challenge and coach people managers to drive high performance and support business outcomes
