About the role

  • Partner across key business areas and populations through all aspects of the employee lifecycle including organisational design, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and coaching
  • Design and deliver plans and activities to enable an Inclusive and High Performance Culture including engagement plans, High Performance Mindset behaviours and Diversity & Inclusion agenda
  • Design and deliver the Learning and Career Development strategic pillar to build capabilities, unlock potential and develop managers
  • Lead Reward and Employee Data workstream including in-year Reward approach, salary review and bonus process, Reward communication, and maintaining employee data health
  • Lead impactful HR projects that drive elevated employee experience and deliver people and organisational plans
  • Challenge and coach people managers to drive high performance and support business outcomes

Requirements

  • Demonstrable HR expertise and experience within a transformation-focused FMCG organisations – including both partnering and project delivery.

  • L+D experience is desirable, but design and facilitation experience is essential, combined with a passion for enabling people and businesses to succeed and achieve their full potential.
  • A champion for diversity, inclusion and wellbeing, passionate about broadening the allyship within the workplace.
  • Curiosity when it comes to connecting with teams and stakeholders, enabling you to understand strategy, plans and tensions - to clearly see the opportunities and needs for people and the organisation within and across our business.

  • You role model positive challenge and feedback to get to the best people outcomes for the business and our people
  • Lean in and gets hands dirty and contributes to team culture as part of the high performing UK&I People team and SIP hub
