About the role
- Lead the People & Performance function including in-country HR partnering, organisational change management, learning, communications, and talent acquisition
- Own and drive the P&P strategy and transformation roadmap, embedding measurable KPIs and operational excellence
- Drive the people change and transformation journey across BizTX, supporting integration of legacy technology teams and the Optimus business transformation programme
- Shape and embed the leadership transformation agenda, defining culture and strengthening team dynamics
- Represent BizTX as a subject matter expert for people & performance and act as strategic partner on HR digital transformation projects and HRIS implementation
- Coach and mentor the P&P team and elevate people manager capability
- Lead reward strategy, manage budgets, and run annual reviews and reward processes
- Lead change management for Optimus go-lives across APAC and beyond and provide organisational change management expertise
- Shape learning and communications strategy, leverage AI for learning, and drive D&I initiatives including Women in Leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
- Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
- Excellent commercial & business awareness
- Experience of organisational design, change and change management
- Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
- Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
- Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders and an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures
- A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred
- Experience or certification in psychometrics is advantageous
