Lead the People & Performance function including in-country HR partnering, organisational change management, learning, communications, and talent acquisition
Own and drive the P&P strategy and transformation roadmap, embedding measurable KPIs and operational excellence
Drive the people change and transformation journey across BizTX, supporting integration of legacy technology teams and the Optimus business transformation programme
Shape and embed the leadership transformation agenda, defining culture and strengthening team dynamics
Represent BizTX as a subject matter expert for people & performance and act as strategic partner on HR digital transformation projects and HRIS implementation
Coach and mentor the P&P team and elevate people manager capability
Lead reward strategy, manage budgets, and run annual reviews and reward processes
Lead change management for Optimus go-lives across APAC and beyond and provide organisational change management expertise
Shape learning and communications strategy, leverage AI for learning, and drive D&I initiatives including Women in Leadership
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders and an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience or certification in psychometrics is advantageous
