Lead and execute our annual performance review process, compensation planning, and promotion cycles
Manage employee relations and support managers with coaching and development
Design and roll out employee surveys and follow-up action planning to strengthen engagement
Build training and development programs, including manager enablement and career growth frameworks
Maintain and evolve people policies, documentation, and compliance practices in partnership with legal
Partner on compensation strategy, equity allocation, and benchmarking tools like Pave
Improve internal processes and systems for onboarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle operations
Support HRIS administration and reporting
Requirements
A desire to create a world-class environment for all of Eve's team members
Experience in People Operations or HR generalist roles at a fast-paced, high-growth startup
Strong background in performance management, compensation planning, and employee lifecycle systems
High integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive situations
Familiarity with California and multi-state employment laws
Passion for building scalable people systems and documentation
Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
