About the role

  • Lead the People & Performance function for BizTX, owning and driving the P&P strategy and transformation roadmap.
  • Inspire and coach the P&P team, mentor individuals and enable team growth and high performance.
  • Champion operational excellence by embedding measurable KPIs to elevate the employee experience across global BizTX.
  • Elevate people manager capability through tailored support and coaching.
  • Lead financial governance for P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets across BizTX.
  • Partner with leadership to shape future-ready organisational design and align capabilities.
  • Build a high-performance talent engine, sourcing talent and creating a brand-forward employee experience.
  • Embed 'Better Humaning for High Performance' and co-create an exponential culture with leadership.
  • Lead the D&I agenda, focus on Women in Leadership and unlock inclusive leadership frameworks.
  • Champion the employee experience, design interventions to improve satisfaction, retention, and alignment with TwiningsOvo Values.
  • Own the reward strategy, lead annual reviews and reward processes ensuring competitive and compliant remuneration.
  • Provide expert HR advice, challenge constructively and mitigate risk with integrity.
  • Lead change management through a centrally governed, locally delivered model for Optimus go-lives across APAC1 and beyond.
  • Shape the learning strategy, leverage AI for intuitive, accessible learning with high adoption.
  • Drive communications excellence using cutting edge tools and technology to connect BizTX and the wider TwO organisation.
  • Build a leadership culture of trust, healthy conflict, accountability and exceptional results; strengthen team dynamics using profiling tools.
  • Deliver diverse succession planning and tangible development actions with the SLT.
  • Lead and deliver implementation of the new HR information system (HRIS) across BizTX and act as SME on the project steering group.
  • Provide organisational change management expertise to enable successful adoption of HRIS and other transformations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
  • Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
  • Excellent commercial & business awareness
  • Experience of organisational design, change and change management
  • Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
  • The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus.
  • Success in this role requires strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders, combined with an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures.
  • A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred.
  • Experience or certification in psychometrics is also advantageous.
