Provide expert HR advice, challenge constructively and mitigate risk with integrity.
Lead change management through a centrally governed, locally delivered model for Optimus go-lives across APAC1 and beyond.
Shape the learning strategy, leverage AI for intuitive, accessible learning with high adoption.
Drive communications excellence using cutting edge tools and technology to connect BizTX and the wider TwO organisation.
Build a leadership culture of trust, healthy conflict, accountability and exceptional results; strengthen team dynamics using profiling tools.
Deliver diverse succession planning and tangible development actions with the SLT.
Lead and deliver implementation of the new HR information system (HRIS) across BizTX and act as SME on the project steering group.
Provide organisational change management expertise to enable successful adoption of HRIS and other transformations.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus.
Success in this role requires strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders, combined with an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures.
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred.
Experience or certification in psychometrics is also advantageous.
