About the role

  • Partner across key business areas and populations through all aspects of the employee lifecycle: organisational design, recruitment, onboarding, Thrive and learning plans, performance management, coaching and challenging people managers (50% of time)
  • Design and deliver plans and activities to enable an Inclusive and High Performance Culture, including Engagement plans, High Performance Mindset behaviours, and Diversity and Inclusion agenda (25% of time)
  • Design and deliver Learning and Career Development strategic pillar to build organisational capability and manager capability (25% of time)
  • Design and deliver a robust Reward and Employee Data workstream, manage in-year approach to Reward including fair salary review and bonus process, Reward communication, and maintain employee data health
  • Lead impactful projects that drive an elevated employee experience
  • Bring commercial acumen, people capability, creativity, tech know-how and curiosity to deliver people and organisational plans
  • Act as a pivotal People (HR) Business Partner enabling business and people to achieve vision and career possibilities
  • Interim role for an initial 6 month period

Requirements

  • Attracted to Twinings purpose and wellbeing vision
  • Demonstrable HR expertise and experience within a transformation-focused FMCG organisation
  • Experience in both partnering and project delivery
  • Stays connected to the latest thinking in work and culture (podcasts, reading, networking groups)
  • L+D experience desirable; design and facilitation experience essential
  • Champion for diversity, inclusion and wellbeing
  • Curiosity to connect with teams and stakeholders to understand strategy, plans and tensions
  • Bold, brave, dynamic, able to challenge and pioneer new ways
  • Self-organised with strong prioritisation skills
