About the role

  • The Solution Consultant plays a critical role in the success of any project, acting as a bridge between the client and the internal technical team.
  • Engage with clients and providers to gather all relevant requirements needed to design a Benifex best practice solution.
  • Coordinate collaborative design processes within cross-functional project teams and guide clients and providers to the Benifex best practice solution.
  • Deliver tailored, high-quality employee benefit solutions across global markets.
  • Own solution design & delivery and lead collaboration with clients, brokers, and providers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collect and document client requirements and translate them into clear solution designs; work closely with technical colleagues to ensure feasibility and alignment with client goals.
  • Identify potential risks and create resilient end-to-end solutions; ensure an excellent user experience for employees and administrators.
  • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders; share expertise internally and support product development and internal solution best practices.
  • Join sales meetings as a solution expert when needed; share insights about technical benefit setups and integrations; help improve and standardize internal implementation processes.
  • Stay up to date on global benefits trends and mentor others within the consulting team.

Requirements

  • Strong working proficiency in English
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a project delivery or consulting environment
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects at once
  • Familiarity with systems integration (HR or Payroll systems is a plus)
  • A natural problem solver who challenges the status quo and drives improvements
  • Great communicator — able to simplify complex concepts for any audience
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • Desirable: Experience implementing large complex multi-national client-facing technology projects
  • Desirable: Benefits experience from either working for a benefits tech company, implementing benefits tech within your organisation, being a tech-savvy individual in the benefits sector.
